Anonymous: I don't udnerstand why Rose and Jack could not go search for another floaty thing that would support both of them. Jack did not ahev to die.
People tend to not think that way when they are in a situation like that. Jack and Rose were lucky that they even found something to float on. Yes he could not get on the panel because it did not support his weight but he was able to find something that would allow Rose to survive. At that moment he was truly more concerned about her then he was about himself.
